They also fail to mention that user/reader will need acrobat reader 8 and a new version of flash install and update.

Ok for those of you who couldn’t see the fill in box in the pdf, even if you already had flash install. Look for FlashUtil.exe on your hard-drive or wherever you install your flash. Double click that to update your flash player. Well that worked for me and most people.

*Or as mentioned by Karyuu. Run an application named NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe, from your start > run.

Yeah, I'm having the same problems. I updated both the reader and the flash and tried that trick mentioned earlier by Karyuu, all to no avail. Still white box city. Any more ideas? Using Vista, BTW. (yes I restarted after update, FYI)

If you still can't get hold of the free one but wouldn't mind paying for one in game. I suggest hold on to your gold, by this time next week the price will drop even lower. Last night before I logged off the game, the prices in LA1 were mostly somewhere between 30-50k.

Next couple off weeks, it might even drop to 15-25k mark. 40,000 is a huge number for the mini, 100k+ price was only lasted for couple of hours yesterday afternoon that's all.

That's depend on what kind of mini that is. Some are more common and some are hard to come by. Price range from 3k - 1 million+

40.000 pets are more than enough to amply satisfy the remaining active GW players. Everyone in my guild is getting one without problems.

How exactly do you get this minipet?

I signed up this morning and got an email to confirm registration adn clicked the link, got another email saying something in the line of "kthx ur registured!!!1one"... now what?

You don't register for a subscription (unless you want to). You download the mag, open it and click the link to the offer page, after a short while (if you're lucky) a panel appears that lets you send your details to get a mini pet.

I would check your Junk Mail folder, that's where I found my code.

First off, don't be dumb in this thread.

I posted this JUST so that people can be told that there ARE still minipets. I just signed up now, got the code, and it worked. Also, there's no server stress. So if you think you missed out, try again now, and you'll get one.

That is all.

Oh, and none of this begging for codes/pets crap. If you have a key to give to someone if they missed out, I spose here would be a good place (via PM's of course). Offers not beggings.
